<p><strong>Season of Sauvignon</strong> â€“ a weekend-long celebration of festivities showcases the very best of country life, arts, food, live entertainment and outdoor activities in honor of the  award-winning and world-renowned Sauvignon Blanc wines produced by <strong>Altydgedacht, Bloemendal, Dâ€™Aria, De Grendel, De Diemersdal, Durbanville Hills, Hillcrest, Meerendal and Nitida.</strong></p>
<p><span id="more-133"></span>From vineyard and cellar tours, wine-tastings, history lessons in winemaking, horse and carriage rides for kids, performances by top <strong>South African artists</strong> and personalities to <strong>jazz bands</strong>, the Season of Sauvignon program boast a variety of activities for young and old.</p>
<p>As part on a variety of great cuisine, food lovers can look forward to laidback lunches or sophisticated dining.  <strong>Gourmet five-course buffet meals and wine pairings</strong>, picnic baskets in estate gardens, <strong>traditional â€˜boerekosâ€™,</strong> <strong>West Coast fish braais, and cheese and wines will be offered by the cellars or restaurants.</strong></p>
